Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted in the First reading the Bill on Amendments to Articles 21 and 33 of the Law 'On Labour Protection" (re the Permissions for the Start of the Works and Exploration of the equipment of Increased Danger)

The Law (Reg.№1389) recommends the implementation of the obligation to obtain the permissions for the start of the works and exploration of the equipment of increased danger.

The Bill also envisages the determining of the bodies that will be authorized to allot permissions and adopt decisions on the allotment of the document.
